Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is on the lookout for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments that delve into the mental, emotional, and social needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address specific client challenges.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by accurately documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress, ensuring confidentiality and data security for all patient information.
  • Engage in collaborative teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive, integrated care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations, peer reviews, and access to the latest research in mental health treatment methods.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and resources available in the community.
  • Commit to remaining updated with current trends and advancements in mental health practices to continuously enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health concerns. We focus on providing trauma-informed care that respects and responds to the unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs of each client. As a mental health therapist, you will play an integral role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, offering personalized support while utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
  • Proficient understanding of various psychotherapy approaches, especially solution-focused techniques tailored to individual client scenarios.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic alliances and foster trust with clients.
  • Exemplary critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
