  • Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, along with collaborative support with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care continuity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and necessary regulatory standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Deliver psychoeducation resources to clients and their families, empowering them with essential skills and strategies for effective mental health management.
  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measures and adapt treatment plans accordingly to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health to continually enhance personal clinical practice.
  • Uphold ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality and privacy of client information at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse population, providing culturally sensitive counseling that honors each client's unique background and individual experiences. Our clients often seek support for trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health concerns, and as a therapist, you will play a pivotal role in their recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years' experience in a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices. Experience in remote therapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms is advantageous.
