• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing validated tools and methodologies to identify specific issues.
• Create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining clear therapeutic goals and defining steps to achieve them.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, fostering a safe and respectful environment for open dialogue.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting progress notes and therapeutic interventions to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to implement integrated care strategies, enhancing clients' overall treatment and support.

Your expertise will be particularly invaluable in addressing the needs of various populations, including children, families, and individuals grappling with challenges related to trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
• At least three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in working with specific populations, such as children, families, or those dealing with substance abuse and trauma, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management processes.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
