• Conduct individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based practices, tailoring approaches to match each client’s specific circumstances.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to help improve communication and resolve conflicts among family members.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that encompass the full spectrum of client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients have access to immediate and appropriate support.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings focused on continuous improvement of therapy methods and client care strategies.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Peaceful Mind Recovery Clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects and aligns with the values and backgrounds of our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Currently active LMFT license in California.
• Proven communication skills with a track record of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning methods.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience working in a mental health setting.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and tools for remote therapy.
• Familiarity with integrated care approaches and collaboration with medical professionals.

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a benefits package that includes:
