The clients at Permanent Care Behavioral and Psychological Center come from various backgrounds and cultures, each with unique stories and needs. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, ensuring they receive compassionate and culturally competent care tailored to their personal journeys.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice in your field as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Experience utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with a proven ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, facilitating a safe space for their healing.
