You'll be equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to conduct sessions seamlessly, while our administrative team manages all logistical elements, including scheduling and billing. • Conduct tailored, individualized therapy sessions to effectively address the unique mental health concerns of each client, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care models to treat a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and mood disorders.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and psychiatrists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote integrated care.
• Document and maintain accurate client records to assess progress, track treatment outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Empower clients through motivational interviewing and resource-sharing, equipping them with tools and strategies for personal growth.

Your clients will include adults and adolescents dealing with varying degrees of mental health challenges, often stemming from trauma, stress, and cultural complexities. As a supporter of community health, you will play a crucial role in addressing the mental health needs of underserved populations, providing them with essential resources and compassionate care tailored to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic principles.
• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, demonstrating hands-on expertise in therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in using telehealth technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

• Experience working with a diverse client base, particularly those from underrepresented communities or with varying socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with community health systems and a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and collaboration.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
