Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote LCSW, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and convenience.
  • Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing their mental health effectively.
  • Offer timely crisis intervention and connect clients with additional resources when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in our electronic health records system, adhering to HIPAA compliance and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, psychologists, and counselors to deliver coordinated care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
