This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from your home while ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a Full-Time Remote LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and convenience.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing their mental health effectively.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and connect clients with additional resources when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in our electronic health records system, adhering to HIPAA compliance and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, psychologists, and counselors to deliver coordinated care that meets the holistic needs of clients.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to our growth.

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their experiences and work towards positive change.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, equipping you with the theoretical knowledge necessary for effective clinical practice.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey is required to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Proficient use of technology and virtual therapy platforms for effective communication and documentation.
• Strong clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating a commitment to improving client outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate with team members proficiently.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred: a background in school social work or familiarity with educational systems, as well as specific training in trauma-informed care practices.
