Job description

Remote LCSW Therapist Full-Time Telehealth Role in North Carolina
Job Summary
The LCSW in this position will work with clients through a secure telehealth platform, helping them identify challenges, build practical coping skills, and make progress toward treatment goals. This is a strong fit for a clinician who enjoys structured outpatient therapy work and is comfortable providing care in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
  • Create treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, and goals
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and adjustment concerns
  • Monitor clinical progress and update care plans when needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
  • Identify risk concerns and follow appropriate safety procedures
  • Coordinate referrals or additional care resources when clinically appropriate
  • Follow HIPAA, state licensure, and telehealth practice standards

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
  • Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care
