Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
  • Facilitate the establishment of therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Offer teletherapy options, ensuring clients can receive support through virtual sessions that accommodate their lifestyle and accessibility needs.
