• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
• Facilitate the establishment of therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring clients can receive support through virtual sessions that accommodate their lifestyle and accessibility needs.
• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in psychotherapy.

As a Remote Licensed Social Worker, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to crisis management and suicide prevention. The role places a strong emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients, ensuring that they feel supported and understood throughout their treatment journey.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and independently valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing you to practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in using technology and teletherapy platforms, along with a reliable internet connection.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, particularly with remote therapy practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application in varied clinical scenarios.
• Continuing education or specialized certifications in mental health treatment modalities.
