Mental Balance Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time remote position, you will play a pivotal role in providing therapeutic support to clients experiencing various mental health challenges. You will be tasked with assessing clients' mental health status, developing personalized therapeutic plans, and conducting ongoing sessions aimed at fostering healing and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating a substantial commitment to helping clients achieve their mental health goals.
  • Thorough understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Proven ability to deliver therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings.
