This full-time remote position will allow you to engage with patients in a meaningful way, providing therapeutic support through various mental health challenges. • Conduct thorough and holistic mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the psychological well-being of patients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and diagnoses of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to facilitate patient healing.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, providing emotional support and promoting personal growth among participants.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and synergistic patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and offer immediate support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster understanding and engagement in the care process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, workshops, and case conferences.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulations in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.

You will work with a diverse population of patients experiencing a variety of mental health disorders. Your focus will be on helping individuals navigate their challenges, while actively contributing to their long-term emotional stability. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
• Strong knowledge base of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and relevant computer applications to manage patient information.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience preferred, demonstrating effective clinical practice in mental health counseling.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention and the ability to function calmly and competently in high-pressure situations.
• Background in community mental health services or experience in a multidisciplinary team setting is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
