Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping mechanisms and fostering emotional resilience.
  • Employ a wide array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting methods as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and effectively meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
