• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying symptoms and underlying issues affecting their well-being.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with individuals and groups, employing therapeutic techniques that build resilience and coping strategies.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment plans.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to collaborate on client care and share best practices among the multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. You will be integral in creating a safe, non-judgmental space, enabling clients to engage in meaningful self-exploration and healing.

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting providing counseling services.
• A robust knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Strong crisis intervention abilities with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and digital communication tools to maintain organized and efficient record-keeping.

• Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Facilitating therapy for both individuals and groups, with a focus on inclusive, culturally responsive methodologies.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in mental health care.
