Work Environment

This role is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to reach clients in Anaheim, California, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and methods.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions as well as group therapy, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Engage in case management, including coordinating care with other professionals such as psychiatrists and social workers to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
  • Offer crisis intervention services for clients who are experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies.
  • Enhance your clinical skills through ongoing training and by staying informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
