Positive Pathways Counseling Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate open discussions with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience in outpatient therapy settings and a strong knowledge of community mental health resources.
