• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions primarily through telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and create personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to guide your practice.
• Document session notes and maintain client records according to state and federal compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest telehealth practices and relevant mental health trends to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Partner with clients in crisis, providing appropriate interventions and referrals when necessary.
• Regularly engage in team meetings for case reviews, sharing insights, and collaborating on treatment approaches.

This role primarily focuses on working with adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Our clients seek a compassionate and understanding environment, and as a counselor, you will play an essential role in helping them navigate through their difficulties toward improved emotional health. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) is required to practice.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and virtual therapy modalities.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Experience working with a diverse client population and understanding of cultural competencies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems specific to mental health practices.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the organization.
