Key Responsibilities

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health counseling to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples/families. You will be expected to apply trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to facilitate healing and recovery. Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for working with trauma and PTSD populations and is committed to advocating for the needs of these clients.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Preference will be given to those holding an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon.
Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and understanding of pertinent regulations like HIPAA.
  • Experience in providing crisis intervention and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including EMDR and IFS.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, with flexibility for scheduling your client sessions (up to 25 clients per week). We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a retirement plan with matching contributions.
