About the Role

We are expanding our remote team and are looking for a detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to assist clients with reservations, travel planning, and customer support.

As a Booking Coordinator, you'll help clients organize travel arrangements, coordinate reservations, and provide outstanding service throughout the booking process. If you're organized, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the travel services industry.

No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and other travel services
  • Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options that meet client preferences
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and reservation records
  • Communicate booking details and travel information clearly and professionally
  • Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel
  • Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service

Qualifications
