Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Develop personalized service plans encompassing specific goals, interventions, and monitoring strategies to track client progress.
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address various life challenges.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans as necessary.
• Engage with community resources and coordinate services to ensure clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training opportunities to foster professional development.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote agency services and raise awareness about mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, often facing complex life challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating their unique circumstances and connecting them with the essential resources they need. By focusing on trauma-informed care and cultural competence, you will help clients improve their mental health and empower them to effect positive change in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Comprehensive understanding of social and economic justice issues, as well as community resources available for clients.
• Experience working in a social service agency or similar environment is beneficial.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in case management or crisis intervention within the mental health field.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and best practices in mental health therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
