• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing, tailored to meet the needs of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to create integrated care plans that maximize client outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand the recovery process and how they can best contribute to their loved one's journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This population can include a diverse range of backgrounds and demographics, each bringing unique challenges and experiences. Your expertise will be central to guiding them through evidence-informed therapeutic interventions that empower them to achieve sustainable recovery.

• Active and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Bachelor's degree required; a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling, possessing a clear understanding of substance abuse disorders and their treatment.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
