Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and personal goals, implementing behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal therapeutic approaches.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that have been shown to yield positive outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring professionalism and adherence to legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the continuum of care offered to clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health and therapeutic practices through ongoing education and professional development.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to enhance your skills and receive constructive feedback for continuous growth.
• Uphold ethical standards and professional guidelines established by relevant licensing boards throughout all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is essential.
