Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews.
  • Develop tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and personal goals, implementing behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that have been shown to yield positive outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute distress.
