  • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred).
  • Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
  • Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks.
  • Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
  • Coordinate testing across technology and business teams.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments.
