• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients' unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care, adhering to all regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Utilize proven evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to assess client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Engage in active collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of practice within the agency.
• Serve as a vital liaison to external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive support for clients.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to promote community engagement and uphold organizational goals.
• Develop relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote innovative programming and secure new partnerships and funding sources.
• Pursue professional development opportunities, attending conferences, training sessions, and representing Gotham Enterprises in community events and committees.
• Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational needs and client care.
