As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with All in One Psychiatric Services Inc., you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring your calendar reflects accurate and timely updates.
• Utilize our billing service for effective management of claims and client accounts, including eligibility checks and payment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation and record-keeping of client interactions and progress notes promptly.
• Demonstrate versatility in handling a variety of clinical presentations, adapting your approach to facilitate optimum well-being for clients.

Your client interactions will involve a diverse population, including individuals and couples grappling with various mental health issues. Our practice fosters an environment of inclusivity and understanding, recognizing the unique needs and backgrounds of each client. This role demands cultural competence and a deep understanding of psychological principles to create a safe space for healing.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with an independent LCSW license.
• Exemplary professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and a strong sense of self-motivation and organization.
• Strong therapeutic skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Availability for a full-time commitment, including scheduling at least two evenings per week for client sessions.

Though not mandatory, candidates with substantial training and/or hands-on experience working with couples will be given strong consideration. Our organization values a candidate’s versatility and willingness to expand their expertise in different therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
