  • Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients across varying age groups, ensuring every session is tailored to their unique needs.
  • Complete all clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating sessions with clients, and ensuring follow-up care as needed.
  • Assess and address various clinical presentations, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged youth and their families, providing support for challenges related to emotional well-being, relationship dynamics, and educational concerns. You may encounter a wide spectrum of issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges, requiring a nuanced understanding of developmental psychology and effective intervention methods.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work and be licensed to practice independently as an LCSW.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure a productive workflow.
  • A minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including availability on at least 2 evenings each week, to accommodate diverse client schedules.
Preferred Experience
  • Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy will be viewed favorably, enhancing our service offerings for our clients.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and the enhancement of therapeutic skills is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation structure, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits designed to support your work-life balance and professional growth:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
