This position is fully remote, allowing you to execute your counseling work from any location with a reliable internet connection. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect cultural sensitivities and tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions informed by best practices, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing techniques to effectively address mental health concerns, strengthen resilience, and enhance overall well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during urgent mental health situations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and recovery.

Our counselors work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and active state license as a mental health counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD).
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and a strong understanding of culturally responsive care approaches.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Background in crisis intervention strategies or emergency mental health support preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 74,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
