Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve emotional health and personal fulfillment through tailored therapeutic approaches and compassionate care. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where both clients and staff can thrive.

Work Environment

This position offers the unique advantage of a completely remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth, which provides flexibility and helps balance your work-life needs. Our supportive virtual environment fosters collaboration, ensuring you are part of a dedicated team working towards comprehensive client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to capture clients' mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations within the initial sessions.
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored for clients of various age groups, addressing diverse mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and preferred interventions consistent with each clientโ€™s needs and preferences.
  • Carry out crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring that they receive the support necessary for stability and safety.
  • Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and promote autonomy in their healing journey.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records including assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Comply with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining client confidentiality at all times and ensuring informed consent practices are followed.
  • Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence, ensuring equitable treatment for clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face a variety of mental health issues. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe and nurturing environment, where clients can explore their emotions and challenges without judgment.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • Strong clinical background and evidenced experience in providing therapy services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated empathy and the ability to establish trust and rapport, cultivating a client-focused atmosphere.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, maintaining high standards of practice.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness critical for addressing the unique needs of a diverse client population.
  • A proactive approach to professional development, eager to stay updated with emerging therapeutic practices and methodologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in online therapy or telehealth services is highly preferred, given our remote service setting.
  • Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children with ADHD, adults managing depression) can enhance your ability to meet client needs.
  • Familiarity with digital record-keeping platforms and telehealth software to streamline service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
  • A robust benefits package that includes healthcare options, paid time off, and resources for mental wellness.
  • Flexible work arrangements tailored to support your personal life, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to engage in professional growth through training and continued education, enhancing your skill set and career trajectory.
