Work Environment

This position is fully remote, supporting a work setting that embraces modern telehealth practices. As a member of our telehealth team, you will engage with clients across Virginia Beach and beyond, employing the latest online therapy platforms to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home. Our virtual office promotes technology-driven collaboration, enabling counselors to share insights and best practices effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions focused on supporting clients' mental health challenges, ensuring a safe and confidential space for dialogue.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop and assess their personal goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to enhance their progress.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, leading to informed and personalized treatment approaches.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual and group therapy settings.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Active licensure to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Virginia is required.
• At least two years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, including developing treatment plans and conducting therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both virtual and interpersonal, to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital therapy platforms and an understanding of telehealth best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with teletherapy methodologies.
• Background in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to diverse populations.
• Proven ability to manage complex client cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees are also offered a competitive benefits package, including:
