  • Act as a liaison with the public and mental health community to further collaborative development goals.
  • Assist in the creation of effective procedures and training materials designed to enhance therapeutic programs.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including both adults and youth facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients may be grappling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance misuse. • Comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
  • Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing therapeutic services in community health clinic settings or outpatient facilities is advantageous.
  • Expertise in trauma-informed care methodologies or certification in specific therapeutic modalities would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual counseling platforms is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience and caseload.
  • We offer a highly flexible work schedule to accommodate personal and family needs.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your health and well-being.
  • Coverage for malpractice insurance to ensure peace of mind in practice.
