Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based modalities, implementing effective therapeutic techniques customized to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress through consistent feedback and open communication.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients seeking virtual support, ensuring accessibility for those facing physical or geographical barriers.

Qualifications

• A current and valid professional license as a:
• Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
• Psychologist
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for client interactions.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, effectively supporting clients through their challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of effectively managing a caseload that includes administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy and utilizing online platforms for therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities in the mental health field.
