LCSWs will utilize state-of-the-art teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual consultations to determine clients’ needs and establish a foundation for treatment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan aligns with clients' unique challenges and goals.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions, including individual therapy, group sessions, and crisis intervention, tailored to the recovery journey of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to professional standards and organizational protocols.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings and trainings to enhance therapeutic strategies and foster an integrated approach to client care.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a broad spectrum of clients, including those dealing with mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, trauma survivors, and individuals in need of emotional support. Your empathetic approach and expertise will help guide clients through their healing journeys, positively impacting their mental health and overall quality of life.

• Possess a current and active state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your caseload efficiently.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and adapting to the challenges and advantages of remote service delivery.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies is highly valued.
• Prior experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting, producing tailored approaches to treatment.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
