This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, predominantly utilizing telehealth modalities to engage with clients. You will operate through a well-established digital platform that allows for secure consultations, and you will have access to case management tools that streamline patient interactions and treatments. • Provide therapeutic services to clients through virtual platforms, employing CBT, DBT, and ERP techniques.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions based on the specific needs of patients.
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director or supervision team to discuss case progress and therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to local and federal guidelines.
• Engage actively in training programs and ongoing education to remain informed about current best practices in mental health treatment and therapy.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train and expand your expertise to work with adult clients. Your sensitivity and understanding of diverse backgrounds and experiences are crucial as you help patients navigate their unique struggles.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic and familiarity with various mental health programs.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
