• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental and emotional health needs through one-on-one sessions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client evaluations and actively involve clients in the planning process.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals and couples, addressing and managing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to reflect changes and advancements in their mental health journey.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, and participate in team meetings and case consultations.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism.
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices and research in marriage and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches in your sessions.
• Encourage clients to practice self-care and wellness strategies, supporting their overall mental health outside of therapy sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and advocacy standards, ensuring clients' rights and best interests are prioritized.

As an LMFT at Tower Mental Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Your role will be vital in helping clients navigate relational dynamics, personal psychologies, and emotional challenges. • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active LMFT license issued by the State Board, allowing you to practice independently.
• Proficiency in effectively performing client assessments, crafting treatment plans, and documenting progress notes in timely fashion.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Previous experience providing individual and/or couples therapy, showcasing a depth of understanding in addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Experience working with a diverse range of age groups, including children and adults, is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for virtual client engagement can enhance your success in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, benefits include:
