Job description

Job Opportunity: Speech Language Pathologist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Speech Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional assessment and therapeutic services to adult and elderly patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive abilities, and swallowing functions.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health environments.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes and goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
