• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s specific circumstances.
• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety while stabilizing their condition.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment notes, progress evaluations, and assessment outcomes, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver client-centered care and improve overall treatment outcomes.
• Offer educational resources and advocacy for clients and their families, guiding them on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• At least two years of related experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Ability to work both independently with a proactive approach and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical principles and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools will be considered a plus.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus to new employees.
