• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather and evaluate client information, leading to the creation of detailed clinical summaries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals, specific interventions, and timelines tailored to each client's needs.
• Effectively document and track client progress through meticulous record-keeping, ensuring timely updates to maintain continuity of care.
• Monitor treatment objectives rigorously and facilitate ongoing communication with clients, their families, and external care providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Foster strong and trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging relationship-building skills to encourage openness and engagement during sessions.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
• Current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant therapeutic setting, with demonstrated expertise in managing an array of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills that facilitate effective therapy and collaboration with other professionals.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EMR systems is necessary, alongside a high level of comfort with technology.

• Experience working in a remote setting, particularly in telehealth therapy.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.
• Previous work with marginalized populations or those with historically limited access to mental health resources.

This Telehealth Licensed Clinical Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 115,000 – 120,000.
