Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather and evaluate client information, leading to the creation of detailed clinical summaries.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals, specific interventions, and timelines tailored to each client's needs.
  • Effectively document and track client progress through meticulous record-keeping, ensuring timely updates to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
  • Current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant therapeutic setting, with demonstrated expertise in managing an array of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This Telehealth Licensed Clinical Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 115,000 โ€“ 120,000.
