• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, focusing on their unique treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress.
• Engage in prevention-oriented therapy that empowers clients and promotes resilience against mental health issues.
• Collaborate with external treatment providers, social service agencies, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes promptly and accurately in our electronic health record system.
• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring a consistent follow-up on clients' needs and adjustments to their therapeutic plans.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, contributing to a team-focused atmosphere aimed at sharing insights and improving service delivery.
• Contribute positively to workplace culture through teamwork, mentorship, and advocacy for mental health awareness.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize evidence-based approaches to facilitate healing, promote mental wellbeing, and support personal growth among clients from all backgrounds.

• Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with additional education preferred for advanced practice.
• Demonstrated success in providing mental health counseling or related experience in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with local community mental health resources to enhance client support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex concepts and develop trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

• At least one year of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred to ensure readiness for the challenges of this role.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in therapeutic practices can be advantageous.
• Utilization of electronic health record systems for documentation is preferred.
