Job Title:  Data Analyst
Location:   Phoenix, AZ
Type:  Direct Hire
Job Description:   Company located in Phoenix, AZ has an immediate need for a Senior  Data Analyst for a direct hire position.  This position reports to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics and participates in a team environment.  The Senior Data Analyst provides support of all organizational data management functions. Supports the design, creation, maintenance, tuning and support of the organization's relational and dimensional databases, and OLAP Cubes. Leads the data analysis and reporting activities. Additionally, this position will provide guidance and support to other organizational and client staff members in areas of data analysis and reporting.  Will also be auditing data feeds.
Required Skills:
1) Data analysis of SQL Server databases.
2) T-SQL ability; writing queries.
3) Experience in reporting / analysis of OLAP databases.
4) BI or data visualization experience - PowerBI, BO, OBIEE, QlikView, Tableau, or other tools.
HIGHLY Desired:
1)  Working knowledge of HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3.x, C-CDA and XDS.b standards and protocols, and HIE. 
2)  Working knowledge of healthcare clinical codes sets such as LOINC, CPT, ICD, RxNorm, etc.
Desired:
1)  Formal certifications such as MCSA: SQL Server, MCSE Data Platform, MCSE.
