This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth. Our practice uses advanced digital tools and secure electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure seamless communication and patient management. You will have weekly individual clinical supervision and monthly group supervision with seasoned professionals dedicated to fostering your growth as a counselor.

• Perform initial evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs, creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Conduct engaging and therapeutic sessions using effective modalities for a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven methods to analyze client outcomes, informing your therapeutic approaches and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client data.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to develop integrated and effective treatment strategies.
• Continuously seek to enhance your knowledge by staying informed on the latest research, best practices, and therapeutic techniques within the mental health field.
• Uphold a high standard of care and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions to foster trust and promote a safe therapeutic environment.

As a part of our team, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with various mental health conditions ranging from mild to severe. Your work will help individuals navigate challenging times, empowering them to develop the skills and strategies needed for daily living and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active or unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to manage client caseloads effectively.
• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and electronic health record systems to enhance service delivery.

While the required qualifications are essential, we will give preference to candidates with additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic techniques and modalities. Experience working with specific patient populations or addressing particular mental health issues will also be favorable.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
