Job Summary
This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role centers on providing structured mental health therapy to clients across North Carolina through a secure telehealth platform. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual therapy, and support clients working through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes.

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through a secure remote care platform
  • Complete intake evaluations and review client history, symptoms, and goals
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect clinical findings and client needs
  • Support clients dealing with stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, and life transitions
  • Document therapy sessions, treatment updates, and client progress accurately
