• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths, needs, and challenges.
• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions drawing on evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Craft and manage comprehensive treatment plans that outline client goals, interventions, and methods for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic and personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance care coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring clients have immediate support when needed.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them to relevant community resources while also offering case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce barriers to care.

Key Potential Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
