Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays to identify their specific needs.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that align with family goals and child development needs.
• Monitor and evaluate progress as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, equipping them with resources and skills to nurture their child's development effectively.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Riverdale Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who may face various developmental challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
