  • Develop and implement strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring support is reflective of children's individual learning styles.

  • Communicate effectively with families and team members, establishing trusting relationships that foster an environment conducive to learning and growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on supporting children aged birth to three years, who are experiencing developmental delays and disabilities. Your work will bring you into the lives of families, guiding them through challenges and celebrating milestones in their child's growth. You will be instrumental in helping families understand their child's unique needs, providing them with the tools necessary to navigate these challenges effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
  • A commitment to adapting interventions to meet diverse learning styles and family dynamics.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to following Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
