Pay: 27.61 - 41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Coordinates purchase requisitions for medical equipment, materials, and supplies. Processes purchase orders and communicates with end users and suppliers to confirm and track orders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with internal customers to ensure purchases meet the quality, cost, timeliness and functionality requirements.
• Works with internal customers and suppliers to ensure the expediting of goods and timely delivery.
• Follows up on outstanding orders, provides departments with back-order information and offers alternative sources when possible.
• Consults catalogs, contract and vendor websites to obtain pricing/availability information.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant supply chain experience. 
•  Preferred: Experience in materials management.
