Position Overview

Health Link Now Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time, remote role. Candidates will support our mission of empowering individuals to achieve their best life through comprehensive behavioral health services. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, and includes a hire-on bonus to attract top talent.

About the Organization

Health Link Now Psychological Center is committed to enhancing the emotional health and wellness of diverse populations. Located in Bellevue, Washington, we provide a wide range of services, including therapies for emotional health, programs for substance use recovery, support for individuals with developmental disabilities, and resources for those dealing with acquired brain injuries. Our approach emphasizes respect, integrity, and compassion, creating a person-driven environment that fosters independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.

Work Environment

This position allows for full-time remote work, offering flexibility and a supportive environment. Our team culture prioritizes work-life balance, allowing counselors to pursue passion projects and engage meaningfully with patients. We utilize technology to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring counselors have the tools they need to deliver effective care from the comfort of their home. We actively support continuing education and licensing assistance, such as covering fees for LMHC certification in Washington for out-of-state applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans reflecting patient needs and preferences.
  • Engage in crisis intervention planning and develop behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Document all clinical encounters efficiently, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
  • Implement evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance patient assessments.
  • Participate actively in team discussions to develop and implement individualized positive behavior support plans.
  • Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate patient access to required resources.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and promote the mission of the center.
  • Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify and secure potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending relevant workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings.
  • Contribute positively to the agencyโ€™s mission and core values, promoting a culture of collaboration and support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, always aligning efforts with the organizationโ€™s goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will engage with a broad range of clients, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. Our patient population benefits significantly from tailored counseling and support, creating an opportunity for counselors to make a real difference in their lives. We prioritize a holistic approach that addresses both the psychological and social factors influencing health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
  • Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential for this role.
Preferred Experience

While the basic qualifications are essential, candidates with experience in integrated behavioral health settings or those who have worked with diverse populations will stand out. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will further enhance the effectiveness of the candidate in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary between $70,000 and $100,000 annually.
  • Monthly productivity bonuses to reward performance and efforts.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage to support overall well-being.
  • 403B retirement plan with a 3% match to promote financial security.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave to facilitate work-life balance.
  • Access to dependent care accounts.
  • Grants available for first-time home buyers, supporting community integration.
  • Continuing professional development opportunities with supervision provided.
  • A supportive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Financial assistance with licensing fees for out-of-state candidates.
  • Attractive hire-on bonus for new employees joining the team.
