What You'll Do:
  • Conduct interviews with SMEs and business partners to gather and document process requirements.
  • Analyze operational data using tools such as spreadsheets, pareto charts, and process maps to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and project benefit analyses to support process enhancement and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Assist senior Process Improvement professionals with project execution, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in Process & Systems Mapping
  • 5+ years of experience in Miro, Visio, Process Diagramming Software
  • 5+ years of experience in Presentation & Communication of Data to Senior Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in creating clear and concise project documentation
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree Six Sigma or Lean Certification
  • Financial services experience
  • Strong analytical skills to properly deconstruct the problem
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective listening skills.
