A Corporate Technology Business Partner will act as a business process analyst and product owner supporting Veeam's Revenue Intelligence and ARR capability areas - including Sales Operations, Data Science and Analytics, Revenue Intelligence Operations, Sales Planning/GTM initiatives, and ARR Operations. You will lead the intake, prioritization, and execution of technology solutions across these domains, ensuring that data, platforms, and processes enable accurate reporting and measurable business outcomes.   
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of revenue operations and technology and can translate evolving business needs into structured roadmaps, workflows, and delivered capabilities. There will be some travel a few times a year. 

This will be a hybrid role out of our Kirkland office headquarters.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage product intake across Revenue Intelligence and ARR functions, helping teams define and refine business needs for sales planning, data quality, and executive/finance reporting
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog across platforms supporting sales operations, data science and analytics, customer data operations (data quality), and ARR modeling and reporting
  • Translate revenue intelligence business needs into clear requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria
  • Analyze and optimize current-state revenue operations processes, from sales planning and territory/quota design to data quality, ARR calculation, and reporting handoff
  • Prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, value, and dependencies with Sales Operations, Data Science and Analytics, Revenue Intelligence Operations, and Finance teams
  • Collaborate with sales operations, data science, finance, and technical owners of platforms such as Salesforce, data warehouse/BI tools, and AI-enabled analytics tools
  • Track key KPIs related to ARR accuracy, data quality, platform usage, and process efficiency to inform prioritization and measure success
  • Drive feature adoption by coordinating with enablement, change management, and training teams to support smooth transitions and end-user readiness
  • Act as the voice of the business in agile delivery processes, representing Revenue Intelligence and ARR objectives during planning, demos, and retrospectives
  • Continuously refine backlog and roadmap based on data, feedback, and shifting GTM and finance strategies 
Technologies You'll Work With
  • Familiarity with revenue and finance technology platforms, including Salesforce, BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks), data warehouse/ETL platforms, or equivalent
  • Skilled in mapping revenue operations processes and documenting requirements using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
  • Familiar with ARR and revenue KPIs such as ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy
  • Able to contribute to and optimize integration points across CRM, data warehouse, BI/reporting, and AI/analytics platforms
  • Proficient in basic data interpretation and supporting dashboard/reporting needs from platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks 
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in a role involving product ownership, business analysis, or revenue operations/technology enablement
  • Business Domain Knowledge - Strong understanding of sales operations, GTM planning, and ARR/finance reporting concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to define and manage a product backlog, write user stories, and deliver iteratively using agile methods
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence - Build credibility with sales operations, data science, finance, and technical partners
  • Process Analysis & Optimization - Capable of streamlining sales planning, data quality, and ARR reporting workflows
  • Business Capability Management - Understands the evolution of Revenue Intelligence capabilities, including data quality and AI-enabled analytics, and how tech supports maturity
  • Facilitation & Communication - Leads conversations that align business goals and technical constraints; documents clearly and communicates effectively
  • Familiarity with enterprise tech platforms supporting sales analytics, AI/ML builds, or ARR and financial reporting
  • Experience managing backlogs and agile delivery using Jira, Aha!, Confluence, or similar tools
Bonus Skills
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP, or data/finance platform certifications are a plus
  • Data Analysis & KPI Development - Works with data science and finance teams to define and track ARR accuracy, data quality benchmarks, and platform ROI
  • Prior experience supporting revenue operations, sales planning, or FP&A/finance reporting initiatives is strongly preferred
