Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their emotional and social needs, and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help patients cope with anxiety, grief, and other mental health challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical records, ensuring alignment with HIPAA standards and reinforcing our commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes physicians, nurses, and chaplains to provide holistic care to patients and their families.
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development meetings to uphold the quality of care and stay informed about the latest practices in social work and palliative care.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your strong academic foundation and commitment to professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
