This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life integration. • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to assess and improve clients' mental health.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to express their emotions and experiences, guiding them towards greater self-awareness.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on the client’s unique needs, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Advocate for clients throughout their therapeutic journey, assisting them in setting and achieving realistic goals.
• Utilize our integrated counseling platform to manage client appointments, document progress, and communicate effectively.
• Remain updated on best practices in the mental health field to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve well-screened clients who are stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. This ensures you can focus on providing effective therapy without the added stress of severe cases. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full and active license in good standing with the state board to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.

• Previous experience in a remote mental health counseling role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and online therapy tools is preferred.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
