  • Perform additional duties as designated by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves diverse populations ranging from individuals struggling with mental health disorders to those in recovery from substance use and those facing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • Possession of a valid and independent LMHC License is essential for this role.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting and proficiency in using telehealth technology for client sessions.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a track record of successful intervention strategies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community organizations.

  • A collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages open communication and team bonding.
  • Flexible scheduling options, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
  • Paid time off and sick time to promote overall well-being.
  • 403B retirement plan with a 3% employer match.
  • Access to a first-time homebuyers grant to support your financial goals.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents.
