Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, establishing personalized and practical treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to best support each client's journey towards recovery.
• Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources that promote understanding and active involvement in their loved one’s recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress in adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring both accountability and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive practical experience.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients during their therapeutic journeys.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health care settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• At Cure Care Mental Health Services, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
