• Engage in and facilitate therapeutic sessions—both individual and group in nature—to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to maintain a holistic approach to client care and ensure all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records using advanced healthcare software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities, staying current with emerging trends and research in mental health.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating sound judgment in high-pressure situations and conducting risk assessments for clients exhibiting alarming symptoms.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use issues. The compensation for this Licensed Mental Health Counselor position ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
